After calling five other A/C companies, AC By DC finally got to the root of my AC problems. They told me that my unit was undersized and I needed some additional duct work. Their assessment was spot on. While their quote was the highest, I also knew that they would do the job right. Showed up on time and did an outstanding job. We decided to go with AC by DC for the obvious integrity and good attitude. Our installation was perfect. Every detail, even the tiny things were noticed, addressed and done right. They installed 2 new units and 2 air handlers in one day. Their attitude and friendliness was outstanding. It was obvious they knew exactly how to do the job right. They showed the utmost respect for my property, even if it took them longer to complete the work. They were completely okay with my curiosity as I often observed what they were doing.

They were prompt, courteous, professional, and economical. Add to that their ability to deliver same-day AC service during the hottest time of the year in Florida! A+++

Our AC went out on Memorial Day weekend and Cecil was able to come out that same day and get it running for us again. He was on time, professional, and courteous. They didn t overcharge us or try to sell us anything we didn t need. I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC repairs and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Except that you have to make sure you aren't getting overcharged, you're getting efficient equipment, reliable workers, quality work. Our search in Crestview was not easy. And frankly, we almost went with another company. But, then we came across this company and they made it super easy. When the owner came and sat down for 2 hours he built a friendship, business relationship, and trust. We decided to go with AC by DC for the obvious integrity and good attitude. Hands down the best AC professionals that I've used over my many years of owning homes. I had them come out to inspect and give me a quote for duct cleaning in my home that I recently purchased. They did the inspection and let me know that there was no need for me to pay for duct cleaning as mine were in great shape. Imagine that...not taking my money when I'm offering! I'm not used to this kind of honesty from ac companies in the past. It's been my experience that many find something to charge me for even when there's nothing wrong and no repairs are needed. While they were at my home, I did have them do some optional work, which included the installation of a germicidal air purifier and oxidizing system. The price was very fair and competitive and installation was fast and professional in nature. This is my go-to company for anything AC related in the future. I'm very picky about who I endorse and/or recommend. That said, I endorse and recommend AC by DC without any hesitations!

AC by DC did a great job installing a new AC system in my home. Everyone I interacted with from the company was very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and at the early end of the appointment window on both occasions that they came to my home, and they responded quickly to my calls and texts. Cecil and Don (owners) are very knowledgeable and were very respectful when explaining the options and process to me. The installation looks great, equipment works well, and they left everything complete and clean. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I love how fast and prompt they were. Actually came in and fixed the problem and not just try to put a bandaid on the problem. Knowledgeable, honest, great personalities, and good vibes. Affordable pricing because I did a little research on prices. I would definitely recommend them to anybody with a a/c problem. Don, Cecil, & James were my wonderful team. Also they provide before & after pictures.

Cecil and his partner came out in less than 30 minutes from the first call just asking about a consultation. They were great, answering questions from my husband, my children, and myself, while remaining professional and yet personable. They joked with us while diagnosing the issue and repaired the unit without either my husband nor I having to take off work for a secondary appointment, in less than an hour! To say we are grateful is to say the very least. I'll be recommending AC by DC to anyone that has HVAC issues! They have very affordable and reasonably priced. A huge thank you to the company!

The men at A/C & D/C were great to work with. Both the owners and their techs were friendly and professional. They understood that my work schedule was hectic and were willing to install my unit when I was available, instead of me having to burn leave or lose hours. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing response time, great customer service - both Donald and Cecil were fantastic. I had two HVAC guys come by and both of them told me I had to completely replace the whole system. AC by DC came by and had me up and running within the hour. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my system, and why it DID NOT need to be replaced. I was blown away by their honesty. When I do need to replace it, I'll definitely be calling AC by DC.
